These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KitFlow software and the website at kitflow.top (together, the "Service"), operated by KitFlow App, an independently operated software product ("we", "us"). By purchasing, activating, or using KitFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. KitFlow is intended for business and professional use.

2. License

KitFlow is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and an active license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use KitFlow as an add-on within CorelDRAW. Each license permits activation on the number of devices stated for your plan (by default, one device), with a limited offline grace period.

3. Intellectual property

KitFlow — including its software, source code, design, text, and logos — is owned by KitFlow App and protected by intellectual-property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you. You receive a license to use KitFlow, not ownership of it, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

4. Third-party software and trademarks

KitFlow is an independent add-on for CorelDRAW and requires a separate, valid CorelDRAW license that you must obtain yourself. CorelDRAW and Corel are trademarks or registered trademarks of Corel Corporation. KitFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Corel Corporation. All other product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing or activation mechanisms, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Do not use the Service to infringe the rights of others or to violate applicable law.

6. Plans, billing, and payment

KitFlow is offered on Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans, priced in US dollars. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; the Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, MoonPay Commerce / Hel.io and, where available, Xendit). We do not store your full card or wallet details.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke a license that is used in breach of these Terms, that is subject to a chargeback or reversed payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve it directly and in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled through the competent courts or arbitration available to the parties.

12. General

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
