This Privacy Policy explains how KitFlow App ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use KitFlow and the website at kitflow.top.
1. Information we collect
- Account & order details — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
- Activation data — a hardware identifier (Hardware ID) derived from your computer, the application version, and the IP address of activation requests. This ties a license to a device and helps prevent abuse.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited metadata; we do not store your full card number or wallet keys.
- Site usage — session cookies needed to operate the customer portal and admin area.
2. How we use it
- To issue, activate, validate, and manage your license.
- To provide support and communicate about your account.
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the customer portal and admin area — for example, to keep you signed in during a session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate — such as payment processors (for example, MoonPay Commerce / Hel.io and Xendit), hosting, and email delivery — and only as needed. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your data in countries other than the one you live in. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
6. Retention
We keep account and license records for as long as your license is active and as required for legal, tax, and security purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
7. Security
License keys are stored only as salted hashes, tokens are cryptographically signed, and access to admin tools is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA — including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us; some data must be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Contact
