Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for KitFlow licenses purchased through kitflow.top. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Monthly plan

You can cancel at any time; your license stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterwards. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.

Yearly plan

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After the 14-day window, the plan runs until the end of its term and then stops renewing; the remaining term is non-refundable.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days it is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the Contact page with your order email and license key. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Licenses associated with a chargeback or reversed payment may be suspended.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, license sharing, or violation of our Terms of Service.
