Does KitFlow need an internet connection? +

Only once, to activate. After that it validates its license offline using a signed token, with a 14-day grace period.

How is my license tied to my computer? +

Each license activates on one device via a hardware ID. You can move it to another machine by releasing the seat from the Customer Portal.

How do I buy and receive my license? +

Can I get a refund? +
