Getting started with KitFlow

Before you start

You need CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2024 (v25) or 2025 (v26) on Windows (x64).

The Microsoft WebView2 runtime — already present on most up-to-date Windows systems.

1. Install KitFlow

2. Activate (full version)

The Demo runs 50 times without a key, so you can try everything first. To unlock the full version, open the KitFlow docker → the About panel, paste your license key, and click Activate. To move KitFlow to another computer later, release the old device in your Customer Portal, then activate on the new one.

Step 1 — Load your player data (CSV)

Click Choose CSV File and select a CSV describing your order — columns for size, name, number, and quantity (ID-pcs). KitFlow shows the record count and the sizes it detected.

Step 2 — Match a jersey pattern to each size

Pick the Size Column from your CSV header and select a size. Choose a mode: One Group (the whole jersey pattern in a single group) or Per Part (front, back, sleeve… mapped individually).

In CorelDRAW, select the jersey pattern group, then click Set from Selected Group (or Set Object for a single part). Repeat for each size you print.

Step 3 — Run production

Set your output options — media width/length, gap, rotation, and Auto Nesting to arrange the result onto the media roll. Click START PRODUCTION. KitFlow duplicates the template for every player, fills in each name and number, and nests everything onto the media. The result panel reports records, patterns, frames, material efficiency, and time.
